Brendon Le is a second-year graduate working on West Side Place Stage 1 in Melbourne’s CBD at Probuild Constructions. 

Brendon began his journey into construction by completing a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering at Queensland University of Technology. 

Currently Brendon is working through his supervision module in our Graduate Program, working within the podium areas of West Side Place. 

For Brendon, a standard day at West Side Place involves communicating with a diverse range of people, including subcontractors, consultants and the client.  

“One of my favourite things about working at Probuild is the vibe on site. Hearing the sound of the concrete booming through the building makes it feel as though the job site is alive. 

Every single day you meet new people and build relationships within all areas of the industry… you will quickly learn that each day is different, challenging and exciting”

A key reason that led Brendon’s decision to apply for Probuild’s graduate program, was the appeal of working for large-scale iconic projects. Fortunately for Brendon, he was given the opportunity to work on West Side Place, one of the tallest developments in Melbourne’s CBD.

“One of my proudest achievements working at Probuild was assisting our team to achieve multiple separable portion handovers, with direct exposure to our client.”
