Probuild is passionate about leaving a positive impact on the communities we operate in. Our corporate social responsibility program, ProCommunity, encourages this.
ProCommunity provides an avenue for our staff to volunteer in the community and/or donate and fundraise for causes important to them.
We typically focus on smaller not-for-profit organisations, who don’t get much support, so we can make a larger impact. We also support cause areas relevant to our business: homelessness, the built environment and education.
As part of ProCommunity, Probuild staff enjoy two paid volunteer days annually, to support any cause they are passionate about. We also provide opportunities to volunteer at local community soup kitchens, on our company roster in Victoria, and to take part in our annual community project weekend.
In addition to volunteering opportunities, Probuilders can take part in workplace giving, where Probuild matches employee donations to our partner charities dollar-for-dollar.
