Meet Jesse. Jesse’s experience at Probuild is beyond expectation.

Starting on Probuild’s Graduate Program in 2011, Jesse is proud to have cut his teeth at Precinct Apartments in inner-city Melbourne, where he was involved from the very first dig through to practical completion. He was soon promoted to Project Coordinator, looking after the windows, tilings and precast trades and saw the 5 buildings and over 460 apartments rise from the ground.

Soon after joining the Chadstone project team he was promoted to Senior Project Coordinator. He describes his three years at Chadstone as “a dream come true”, given it’s now the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere at ten times the size of the MCG, with more than 10,000 car spaces, an incredible retail environment and an iconic gridshell roof.

Today you can find Jesse on the site of one of Probuild’s most significant projects as Assistant Project Manager. Aurora Melbourne Central will be one of Melbourne’s tallest buildings and home to retail spaces, offices, serviced apartments and apartments. In 2017, he was recognised for his leadership potential and offered an opportunity to further his skills on the Probuild Project Leaders Development Program.

Jesse says he loves being part of the Probuild team and is proud of the projects he has been a part of. “Waking up each day to deliver another outstanding project is what really inspires and motivates me.”
